Crafting Table
Description
One of the most important utility blocks in Minecraft is the Crafting Table, and the same is true for Polycraft World. The Crafting Table is essentially a worktable where you can create items with bigger recipes, akin to a workbench where you'd keep your tools in real life. Using a crafting table allows access to a 3x3 crafting grid, letting items with larger recipes be crafted.
In the real world, you might have heard of this as a workbench more commonly. Many different types of workbenches and specially designed crafting tables have been used throughout human history to help facilitate manual work with hand tools in a safer and more efficient manner. Some of the more common uses for these special work tables was woodworking, like the Minecraft Crafting Table, metalworking, jewelry, chemical laboratory work, or even electronics. These tables and benches vary in size and shape, often being tailored for specific use. They offer a comfortable height to work at, usually include mounting points for components, and sometimes onboard storage for components or other hand tools the user may need at any given time. Feel free to read more about real world crafting tables and workbenches here!
The sections below show how to craft important Polycraft utility blocks, called inventories, as well as special Polycraft items that can be created.
