Description
Quartz boat can be made from Block of Quartz [1] using the Stonecutter [2]. High purity quartz is used in the semiconductor industry to produce crucibles and quartz glass products such as windows, rods, and tubes. High purity quartz is also used in the production of silicon metal, which is the base for semiconductor wafers manufactured by using the Czochralski process. In Polycraft, quartz boat is used to carry silicon waffers into specialized furnases. It is also required to create annealing and oxygen furnaces.
