Regulator (Low Pressure)
Description
A pressure regulator is a type of control valve used to release a highly pressurized fluid at a set lower pressure. This allows for a variety of liquids and gases to be safely and efficiently manipulated for a number of different purposes. As such, this valve is a necessary component of many devices and machines found in Polycraft. A pressure regulator's capacity to withstand intense pressures is directly tied to the materials used to create it. That being said, the first type of regulator available for crafting in Polycraft will only be able to handle low pressures. This item is useful as it is a component of the machines needed to progress through Polycraft's tech tree, namely the Distillation Column and the steam cracker.
