Gaslamp
Description
The Gaslamp is a type of Fueled Lamp which lights up a 3-dimensional (cubic) region of the world. Each value of Heat Intensity of the Fuel used found in the List of Fuels is multiplied by 1.2 and rounded to give the effect radius. The blocks that are "lit up" are given a brightness value of 15, such that at the edges of the lit cube, blocks have trail-off lighting effects.
For other dimensionality fueled lamps see the Flood Light and Spotlight. The Gaslamp operates by placing fuel into the GUI that pops up when you Right Click on a Gaslamp Block.
Gaslamps shine for different distances depending on the heat intensity of the fuel source. More powerful fuels such as Drum (Sweet Kerosene) enable larger areas of the map to be lit up than say a Drum (Crude Oil). Gaslamps take Drums, Beakers and Vials of Fuel and will last longer depending on the size of the fuel container and the properties of the fuel itself.
