3D Printing Challenge Scoring
Team Scoring
Teams Scores will be based on their total 2021 BEST Polycraft Island Score which is made up Bonus Points and your Score Through the Ages, a cumulative metric that tracks your progress increasing the Population Capacity at each Technology Level, and maximizing the Happiness in each Age by improving your Ambience and your Community Score. There will be 4 Technology Levels in Round 1 and 4 additional Technology Levels in the Championship Round, which will start in early November which sum together to provide you final score, the Score Through the Ages.
Round 1 Village Scoring + Round 2 Village Scoring = Score Through the Ages (in game dynamic scoring)
Score Through the Ages + Round 1 Bonus Points + Round 2 Bonus Points = 2021 BEST Polycraft Island Score

Round 1 - 2021 BEST Robotics 3D Printing Challenge
Date Range: October 8 - October 31, 2021. Time Limit: Your Team's Score will only be counted during the first 50 hours of cumulative Team gameplay. After 50 hours, your Team can continue playing but your Round 1 Score can no longer increase. Your Score Through the Ages will be available on your Village Plot in game and on our Analytics Website.
Round 2 - 2021 BEST Robotics 3D Printing Challenge
Date Range: Approximately November 1 - November 21, 2021. Time Limit: Your Team's Score will have an additional 50 hours of cumulative Team gameplay for Round 2. After 50 additional hours, your Team can continue playing but your Round 2 Score can no longer increase.
